We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Electrical Proposals Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing competitive technical and commercial proposals for electrical engineering projects, supporting business development activities, and coordinating with engineering, procurement, and project teams.Key Responsibilities Prepare accurate and professional technical and commercial proposals/tenders Review client specifications, drawings, and tender documents Develop cost estimates, BOQs, and pricing schedules Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for quotations Ensure compliance with client requirements and industry standards Support project handovers after successful award Participate in client meetings and technical clarifications Maintain proposal documentation and bid records Minimum Requirements Bachelors Degree or National Diploma in Electrical Engineering 35 years experience in proposals/tendering within electrical engineering, EPC, construction, or industrial projects Strong understanding of LV/MV electrical systems Experience with tender compilation and cost estimation Proficiency in Microsoft Office and estimating software Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
