Vehicle Sales Executive (2 Positions) Location: Port Elizabeth (Gqeberha)Industry: Premium Automotive ROLE OVERVIEW We are seeking high-performing Vehicle Sales Executives with proven experience in premium automotive brands to join a leading dealership in Port Elizabeth. This role is suited to individuals who understand that premium vehicle sales are not transactional — they are built on client relationships, trust, and delivering a high-end customer experience . KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Drive sales of premium vehicles through consultative, relationship-based selling Deliver an exceptional end-to-end customer experience aligned to brand standards Build and maintain a strong client base and referral network Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets Proactively generate new business through networking and outreach Maintain in-depth knowledge of vehicle specifications and brand positioning Manage the full sales process from lead generation to vehicle delivery Ensure all sales administration and compliance requirements are met MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Proven track record in premium vehicle sales (non-negotiable) Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets Strong experience dealing with high-value clients Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills Professional presentation and strong personal brand Valid driver's license Stable employment history within automotive sales ADVANTAGEOUS Experience with brands such as:BMW | Mercedes-Benz | Audi | Volvo | Lexus | Land Rover Existing client base within the Port Elizabeth region Exposure to finance & insurance (F&I) processes KEY COMPETENCIES Relationship-driven sales approach Strong closing ability Self-motivated and target-driven High attention to customer experience Ability to engage with discerning / high-net-worth clients REMUNERATION Market-related basic salary Highly competitive commission structure Performance-based incentives IMPORTANT NOTE Only candidates with premium brand experience and a proven sales track record will be considered. #J-18808-Ljbffr
