Overview VEXALL is looking for an experienced National Asset Manager to provide strategic leadership, operational governance, and oversight across our national RDC (Regional Distribution Centre) operations. This role is responsible for driving asset visibility, stock accuracy, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement across the business. Responsibilities Lead and oversee national RDC operations and regional teams. Drive stock accuracy, asset visibility, and governance compliance. Improve repair turnaround times and strengthen OEM partnerships. Manage warehouse, staging, and operational readiness functions. Deliver operational reporting, performance insights, and process improvements. Identify and implement initiatives that improve efficiency and business outcomes. Requirements 10+ years\' experience in Asset Management within an IT environment. Strong understanding of retail industry operations. Solid financial and commercial acumen. Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proven leadership, organizational, and people management capabilities. Ability to work flexible hours when operationally required.
