We are seeking a highly experienced and technically proficient Senior Program Manager to lead a critical portfolio within our organization. This role will be responsible for the oversight and successful delivery of five key strategic projects, managing a team of five Project Managers. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of strategic thinking and hands‑on execution capabilities, with a proven track record of driving results in complex, dynamic, and high‑accountability environments. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the end‑to‑end delivery of a strategic portfolio of five key projects. Manage, mentor, and guide a team of five Project Managers, ensuring effective project execution and team performance. Ensure alignment of all projects within the portfolio with organizational strategic objectives and governance frameworks. Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues impacting project delivery. Drive resolution of complex technical and project‑related challenges, actively engaging with technical teams to unblock progress. Implement and maintain robust project governance, ensuring accountability for performance and outcomes. Develop and manage strong relationships with diverse stakeholders, including the ability to influence and manage challenging stakeholders. Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, ensuring adherence to established targets. Communicate program status, risks, and successes effectively to senior leadership and stakeholders. Foster a culture of proactive delivery, continuous improvement, and high performance within the program team. Required Skills and Qualifications: Significant experience (e.g., 7+ years) in program and project management. Proven experience managing complex, multi‑faced projects within technical environments (e.g., IT, digital delivery). Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously and deliver them on time and within budget. Strong capability to dive into technical details and drive issue resolution. Experience operating effectively in dynamic, fast‑paced, and complex organizational structures. Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with a proven ability to influence and negotiate with senior stakeholders. Highly proactive and results‑oriented, with a strong focus on delivery and meeting timelines. Firm understanding and application of project governance principles and best practices. Excellent leadership, team management, and problem‑solving skills. Preferred Qualifications: Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, or similar certification.
