The Feature Analyst leads the analysis, definition, and design of complex, industry-aligned digital solutions by translating business needs into clear, detailed functional specifications. Operating independently with minimal supervision, this role partners closely with Product Owners, Solution Architects, UX/UI Designers, and business stakeholders to ensure end-to-end alignment and successful product outcomes.The role provides thought leadership on business processes and solution design, driving efficiency, scalability, and customer value across products and platforms. As a senior member of the practice, the Feature Analyst mentors and guides other feature analysts, contributing to capability maturity, best practice adoption, and the consistent delivery of high-quality features.Additionally, the role supports product and delivery leadership by assisting with scope management, dependency alignment, stakeholder expectation management, and the timely delivery of strategic initiatives.Experience within Financial Services environments (e.g. banking, insurance, asset management, fintech) is advantageous. What you'll do: Requirements Management Business & Systems Analysis (As-Is / To-Be) Business Requirements Identification Enterprise Business Analysis Feasibility Analysis & Business Case Support Horizon Scanning & Innovation Agile Backlog & Delivery Management Agile Team Facilitation Practice Leadership & Mentorship Documentation & Knowledge Management Your Expertise: 6+ years’ experience in business analysis, feature analysis, or systems analysis , preferably within Agile delivery environments Proven experience working on medium to large-scale digital or system-enabled initiatives Demonstrated ability to operate at a senior level, influencing stakeholders and shaping solution direction Experience mentoring or coaching analysts within a team or practice Experience working within Financial Services environments (banking, insurance, investments, fintech) is beneficial but not essential Qualifications: Required QualificationBachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Business Analysis, Engineering, Finance, or a related field (or similar qualification) Formal Business Analysis training or certification (e.g. CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, IIBA-AAC) or equivalent demonstrated experience Preferred / Advantageous QualificationsPostgraduate qualification (e.g. Honours, Diploma, or Master’s degree in a relevant discipline) Agile-related certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), SAFe BA, or Agile Business Analyst
