Design and develop custom Salesforce applications and solutions using: Apex classes and triggers Salesforce automation tools such as Flows Develop reusable and scalable components aligned with Salesforce development best practices. Implement custom business logic and integrations to enhance platform capabilities. Develop and maintain digital workflows using Salesforce OmniStudio tools, including: Omni Scripts Integration Procedures Data Raptors Build scalable digital experiences and automated processes to support customer onboarding and service delivery. Configure and customize Salesforce functionality across multiple Salesforce clouds and modules including: Financial Services Cloud Experience Cloud Salesforce Loyalty Management Agent force Develop features supporting customer engagement, service delivery, and partner collaboration. 4. Integration & API Development Develop integrations between Salesforce and external enterprise systems using: REST APIs SOAP APIs Middleware platforms where applicable. Ensure secure, reliable, and scalable data exchange across systems. Configure Salesforce components including: Custom objects Fields and page layouts Workflow automation Ensure platform configurations align with business requirements and architecture standards. Apply strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture and platform limits, including: API limits Security and sharing models Implement platform security controls including: Roles and profiles Permission sets Record-level access controls. 7. Development Tools & DevOps Utilize development tools and platform utilities including: Support deployment and release management using CI/CD pipelines. 8. Troubleshooting & Support Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, performance challenges, and data inconsistencies. Provide ongoing platform maintenance and production support. Monitor system performance and recommend improvements where necessary. Work closely with business analysts, architects, product owners, and development teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Participate in technical design discussions and code reviews. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior Salesforce developers.
