Requirements for the position Minimum of BSc or BTEC or NDiploma in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management. Honours degree advantageous. Minimum of 10 years of Quantity Surveying experience in construction/engineering environment. Knowledge of: Contract law & insurances Basic financial reporting & cash management SHEQ legislation & application Basic IR & relevant labour legislation.
