What You Bring Recognised qualification in Hospitality Management or related field Minimum 3 years management experience within a 5-star hotel or high-end restaurant and event setting Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and fine dining service Proficiency in MS Office and hotel operating systems including Opera PMS, Micros POS and EMS Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Good financial acumen and commercial awareness High attention to detail and consistency in food, drink and service delivery Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to manage conflict and challenging situations with confidence and diplomacy Flexible availability including weekends, public holidays and evenings What You Will Do Lead daily restaurant operations with a focus on service excellence and guest satisfaction Foster a culture of continuous development, coaching and accountability within the team Maintain consistency in food and beverage presentation, guest interaction and service delivery Monitor staffing levels, scheduling and productivity to meet service demands and cost targets Drive revenue, efficiency and guest retention initiatives Manage inventory, ordering, stock control and cost management Perform all required audits, daily banking checks and administration processes Manage team performance, scheduling, training and performance evaluations Facilitate disciplinary processes as required Ensure full compliance with health, safety and hygiene standards
