Our client is recruiting for an E-commerce / Marketplace Coordinator to join their E-commerce team, reporting to E-Commerce Key Account Manager. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role focused on marketplace administration, customer query handling, order and dispatch tracking, listing maintenance, and coordination across online platforms. Core responsibilities Handling inbound customer calls and follow-ups relating to orders, deliveries, rebookings, and escalations Managing customer emails through the general info inbox Liaising daily with marketplace representatives Sending daily operational reports Tracking orders and dispatch entries across platforms Assisting with listing creation, updates, removals, and reinstatements Escalating marketplace issues and helping resolve order, listing, and delivery problems Supporting dispatch and allocation processes across relevant systems Assisting with process improvements and document updates Platform exposure preferred Takealot Amazon SA / Amazon UK Tesco exposure advantageous Experience with seller portals / booking systems / dispatch-linked systems preferred Ideal candidate Looking for someone who: Has experience in e-commerce admin, marketplace coordination, online sales support, or customer service Is highly organized and detail-oriented Can work in a high-volume, fast-moving environment Has strong follow-up and problem-solving ability Is comfortable dealing with customers, internal teams, and external platform representatives Can manage multiple priorities and escalation appropriately #J-18808-Ljbffr
