We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join a fast-paced technology delivery environment focused on agile excellence, continuous improvement, and predictable delivery. Key Requirements 6+ years' experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager within Agile environments. Strong understanding and practical application of Scrum principles and Agile methodologies. Scrum certification preferred: Professional Scrum Master (PSM) Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) Experience within product-driven and custom software development environments. Ability to understand technical concepts and delivery challenges at a high level. Proven ability to coach and support multiple agile teams. Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and facilitation skills. Self-driven with strong ownership, collaboration, and attention to detail. Responsibilities Facilitate Agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews. Work closely with Product Owners, development teams, and delivery managers to improve delivery processes and team effectiveness. Identify process inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Manage communication around delivery risks, scope changes, dependencies, and impediments. Support backlog refinement and sprint commitment management. Coach teams on Agile best practices and effective use of Agile delivery tools. Provide Agile reporting and delivery updates to stakeholders and leadership. Facilitate collaboration across teams to resolve blockers and delivery dependencies. Reference Number: GZ61343.
