We are looking for an experienced, hands‑on Lodge Manager to run a private, non‑commercial lodge in a remote bush setting. You will oversee full lodge operations, guest satisfaction, team leadership, kitchen management, and property maintenance. Couples applications are welcome. Requirements 4–5 years’ management experience in a 4–5 star lodge environment Functional experience across all lodge departments Hospitality Degree/Diploma (preferred) Grade 12 (Matric) Computer literate Valid Driver’s License with PDP Strong references and stable work history Qualified chef or strong cooking ability (essential) Exceptional guest relations, leadership, and organisational skills Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day lodge operations and team Deliver exceptional guest experiences, including check-in/out, activities, and excursions Plan, cook, and present meals while managing kitchen hygiene and stock Oversee housekeeping, reception, dining, and bar services Conduct inventory, stock control, and procurement Manage maintenance, safety, and security protocols Lead by example in a hands‑on, physically active role Personal Attributes Service‑driven, proactive, and calm under pressure Flexible and willing to work extended hours Passionate about hospitality excellence and hands‑on management #J-18808-Ljbffr
