Medipost Pharmacy is seeking to recruit a Learner Post Basic Capturing Assistant for the Chronic Dispensing Unit which is being conducted for the Department of Health in the Western Cape. The Capturing Assistants will ensure accurate capturing of chronic medication prescriptions and adherence to WC CDU circulars and instructions To ensure accurate capturing of chronic medication prescriptions and adherence to WC CDU circulars and instructions Escalated stock challenges Adherence to good housekeeping practises Investigation and accurate reporting of dispensing errors System monitoring, quality of work evaluation, timeous escalation of possible problematic areas Time & attendance management according to Company Policies Understanding of the WC CDU Penalty Matrix Perform any ad-hoc projects which might be necessary for the WC CDUOrder Processing Department and the Group at large Providing guidance to colleagues in regards with Pharmaceutical practices Reach expected output of department daily including action diaries and capturing mailbox Ensure daily resolution of out of WIP prescriptions Ensure daily resolution of Rejections Adherence to company SOP’s, policies and procedures Attend monthly departmental discussions to improve errors made and re-training QUALIFICATIONS Knowledge of Medipost operations/ WC CDUprocesses 2-3Years Computer Literate Microsoft Office (Excel - Intermediate / Advanced) Learner Post Basic Registered at SAPCMatric SKILLS REQUIRED Excellent communication skills: both written and verbal Critical Thinking: Devise plans of action and assess regularly “Medipost Holdings is committed to the promotion of employment equity within the workplace which is a driving factor in all recruitment decisions” Medipost further encourages and welcomes applications from persons with disabilities in creating a diverse and equitable workplace” #J-18808-Ljbffr
