Youll play a key role in delivering high-quality IT support , maintaining cloud environments, and ensuring that systems are secure, stable, and efficient. Alongside day-to-day support, youll gain exposure to cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity tools, and enterprise-grade technologies.Key Responsibilities: Provide first- and second-line IT support to internal users (hardware, software, and cloud-based systems) Manage and support Azure Active Directory (AD) and Microsoft Intune environments Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Windows Server and Linux systems Support and maintain cloud-based infrastructure and services Monitor systems, alerts, backups, and overall environment health Assist with user access management , permissions, and security controls Support email security and endpoint protection platforms (e.g. Mimecast and Defender) Assist with SharePoint administration and user access Work with IT and security teams to ensure system uptime, performance, and compliance Document support processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives Required Experience: 0-2 years' experience in an IT support / systems support role (IT graduates will be considered) Hands-on experience with Azure Active Directory (AD) Experience supporting Windows Server environments Exposure to Microsoft Intune Solid troubleshooting and user support skills Basic understanding of cloud environments and networking Advantageous Skills: Experience with Mimecast, FortiGate, or Fortinet Exposure to Linux environments Familiarity with Privileged Identity Management (PIM) and LAPS Experience with SharePoint and Jira Knowledge of Microsoft Defender for Endpoint / Cloud Exposure to Microsoft Sentinel or SOC environments Basic understanding of KQL (Kusto Query Language) Preferred Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate CompTIA Network+ CompTIA Security+ Don't miss out, apply today!
