Duties & Responsibilities: Responsible for the full accounting function, including but not limited to:Processing General Ledger entries and reconciling cashbooks Performing monthly Balance Sheet reconciliations Maintaining the Fixed Assets Register Preparing, reconciling, and submitting VAT returns and payments Conducting weekly cash flow forecasting Analysing expenses and financial data Preparing and analysing management reports Assisting the Finance Director (FD) and Finance Manager (FM) as needed Skills & Experience Required: Completed B.Com Accounting degree 5-8 years of relevant accounting experience Proficiency in accounting software (Pastel and BPO) and advanced MS Excel skills Prior experience with commission calculations Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work both independently and within a team Excellent analytical skills High level of integrity and confidentiality Deadline-driven with the ability to handle pressure Willingness to work overtime during month-end
