Job Description The successful candidate will take full ownership of the finance function, ensuring strong financial governance, cash flow management, and performance tracking across multiple projects. A key focus of the role will be leading funding initiatives, including supporting equity and debt raising efforts, developing financial models, and preparing investment‑ready documentation. You will serve as the main financial liaison for investors, lenders, and advisors, playing a critical role in managing relationships and driving funding outcomes. Additionally, the role involves supporting complex project finance structures while aligning financial strategy with project execution. Skills & Experience Lead group financial management, including cash flow oversight and project performance tracking Support and drive capital raising initiatives across equity and debt funding channels Develop and manage advanced financial models and investment presentations Act as the key financial contact for investors, lenders, and advisory stakeholders Oversee financial due diligence processes and reporting requirements Partner with operational teams to align financial strategy with project delivery 5–8 years’ experience in project finance, investment finance, or corporate finance Strong financial modelling and advanced Excel skills Experience in funding transactions and stakeholder engagement Commercial mindset with strong communication and presentation abilities Qualification CA(SA) qualification preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
