Key Duties and Responsibilities Be the first point of contact for IT support via phone, email, or remote tools. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and application issues. Essential Requirements and Skills Qualifications: Matric (High School Certificate) CompTIA A+, N+, or ITIL Foundation Microsoft 365 & SharePoint knowledge Azure exposure (advantageous but not essential) Technical Skills: Basic understanding of Windows OS and Microsoft 365 Familiarity with networks (Wi-Fi, LAN, VPN, IP basics) Hardware troubleshooting and device setup General knowledge of business applications Experience with ticketing systems (preferred) Soft Skills: Strong communication and customer service abilities Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail Ability to follow processes and work in a structured environment Willingness to learn, grow, and adapt Whats in it for you?
