Detailed Job Description As a Senior RF Planning Engineer, you will take ownership of complex planning activities for 5G NR and FWA deployments. You will design network topology, optimize coverage and capacity, and ensure performance improvements across multiple regions. This position requires deep technical expertise and proven experience in delivering large-scale telecom projects. ✅ Key Responsibilities ✓ Design and plan 5G NR and FWA networks for optimal coverage and capacity. ✓ Perform link budget calculations, propagation analysis, and interference studies. ✓ Optimize network parameters to improve KPIs and user experience. ✓ Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless project execution. ✓ Prepare technical documentation, planning reports, and performance analysis.
