Key Responsibilities Manage and schedule workshop service and repair bookings Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally Conduct follow-up calls after services to ensure customer satisfaction Send reminders for upcoming services and maintenance Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints efficiently Maintain accurate customer records on the system Liaise with service advisors and workshop staff to coordinate bookings Promote additional services and drive customer retention Minimum Requirements Grade 12 (Matric) Previous experience in a call centre, customer service, or automotive environment Computer literacy (CRM systems, MS Office) Strong telephone etiquette Key Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time management ability Customer-focused with a positive attitude Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and accuracy #J-18808-Ljbffr
