We’re now hiring a Sales Development Representative to sit at the heart of that ecosystem – converting warm conversations into qualified commercial opportunities for our consultants. This isn’t cold‑calling random lists. This is community‑led selling : speaking with people who already know us, already engage with us, and already trust our brand. What you’ll do You’ll own the flow of warm inbound activity from our community into our sales pipeline: Call and message community members to understand their hiring plans, team challenges, and career goals. Qualify attendees from our events, webinars, and branding sessions – and book discovery calls for our consultants. Run short, structured conversations to uncover needs, timelines, budgets, and buying signals. Log activity consistently in our CRM (Bullhorn) and maintain a clean pipeline. Nurture “not‑yet‑ready” leads until timing aligns. Identify opportunities for the Executive Counsel Accelerator and other non‑recruitment revenue‑generating products and introduce the right candidates. Share insights with the Founder and Head of Community so we continually refine what the market wants. This is sales, but powered by brand trust, content, and community. Who you are You have experience selling properly , but you also care deeply about people: 2–3 years’ experience in SDR/BDR/inside sales (SaaS, training, or recruitment preferred). Confident on the phone and skilled at consultative conversations. Comfortable asking direct questions about hiring needs, budgets, and timelines. Enjoy working to targets and consistently hitting activity and conversion metrics. Organised, reliable, disciplined with follow‑up. Energised by communities, events, and people development.
