Our client in the Insurance industry is seeking Administrator: Forensic Investigations to join their team in Pretoria East. Responsibilities Attend to general administration Receive affidavits from client services department Register affidavits on investigation register Notify responsible Sales Manager on any fraudulent activities in their area Obtain policy application forms from system for a particular investigation case Update in-house system throughout the process of investigationPrepare refund request form (event of refund recommendation) Request necessary documentation from client if necessary (i.e. banking details) Create and maintain files and record keeping system Handle all telephonic calls and responses effectively and efficiently (TCF) Replacement Officer functions Receive and provide replacement documents (RPAR) to Sales Managers and intermediaries and replaced insurer Handle the replacement queries Communicate with replacing Life Insurer when necessary Submit written representations by Intermediaries in case of non-compliance Request necessary documentation from client if necessary (i.e. banking details) Create and maintain files and record keeping system Handle all telephonic calls and responses effectively and efficiently (TCF) Requirements Matric Forensics Diploma/certificate Forensics Investigation Certification 1-2 years forensics experience 1-2 years Insurance Experience Knowledge Legislation: LTIA, FAIS, FICA, Companies Act (not limited) Salary R CTC per month #J-18808-Ljbffr
