What Youll Be Doing Lead and supervise electrical installation teams on-site Ensure all work is completed according to drawings, specifications, and timelines Coordinate site activities across contractors and stakeholders Plan daily and weekly schedules, managing materials, tools, and equipment Interface directly with clients, providing updates and attending site meetings Drive SHEQ compliance and maintain a strong safety culture Conduct toolbox talks and ensure quality standards with minimal rework Manage subcontractors and oversee productivity and performance Support technical aspects including MV & LV installations, BOQs, and scope definition What Were Looking For 4+ years experience in electrical engineering or construction Minimum 3 years in a supervisory role Experience within industrial, construction, or mining environments Proven ability to work on remote sites Electrical Trade Test or Electrical Diploma Registered or willing to register as an Installation Electrician Strong understanding of MV & LV systems and installations Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and contracts Excellent leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills Whats In It For You Work on large-scale industrial and mining projects Exposure to advanced technologies including ABB and Omron systems Ongoing technical training and career development Opportunity to grow your leadership and technical expertise Be part of a high-performance, project-driven environment If youre driven, adaptable, and ready to take ownership of site execution while working on exciting projects across diverse locations, this role is for you.
