The purpose of this role is to drive the sales and adoption of Lightstone’s automotive solutions within the dealer market by building strong client relationships, identifying customer needs, delivering product demonstrations and training, and providing ongoing customer support. The role requires a highly client-focused individual with strong knowledge of the motor retail industry and the ability to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to implementation and account support. Key Responsibilities Promote and sell Lightstone’s automotive solutions to dealerships and related customers Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions Conduct product demonstrations, onboarding sessions, and customer training Provide ongoing support and guidance to customers on products and solutions Conduct regular dealership visits and maintain strong market presence Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall business growth Generate leads through networking, referrals, and cold calling activities Maintain accurate customer records and sales pipeline updates Stay informed on industry trends, dealership operations, and competitor activity Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective service delivery and customer satisfaction Requirements Grade 12 / Matric / School Leaving Certificate is essential FAIS Qualification and RE-1 or RE-5 will be advantageous Valid drivers’ license and own reliable transport as the position requires extensive client visits Residing in the Pietermaritzburg/Pinetown area will be an advantage Sales experience with excellent knowledge and understanding of the automotive retailer (Dealership) market Motor retail experience NCA accredited F&I experience advantageous Signio knowledge advantageous Microsoft suite of products Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent people skills Good time management skills and driven by meeting sales targets Excellent telephone skills required for cold calling and support calls Positive outlook on life, work and other people Passionate about sales and working with people Able to prioritise work and deliver to deadlines Ability to work well in a team as well as individually Must be results‑orientated Benefits 25 days Annual Leave Two-month paid sabbatical after every 5 years of continued service Employee Wellness Programme Half-day Birthday Leave Provident Fund (included in CTC) #J-18808-Ljbffr
