Client Development: Build and grow a portfolio of clients within your market specialism. Proactively identify recruitment needs and initiate business development calls, meetings, and networking opportunities. Promote and sell PageGroup solutions (database search, retained search, advertising campaigns). Negotiate fees and manage client expectations throughout the recruitment process. Candidate Management: Source and attract candidates via database, social media, referrals, and advertising. Interview candidates to assess experience, skills, and career goals. Prepare candidates for interviews and manage feedback loops. Support candidates with market insights and salary advice. Recruitment Process: Present suitable candidates to clients and coordinate interviews. Assist in salary and contract negotiations. Ensure successful placements and maintain ongoing client and candidate relationships. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues across disciplines to share commercial opportunities. Maintain accurate data in PageGroup systems. The Successful Applicant Degree holder. Prior experience in recruitment, HR consulting, or sales/customer service. Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and ability to meet tight deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluent in English and French. Motivated, proactive, and passionate about building a successful career.
