Position Overview A role focused on providing market coverage and sales across designated areas, overseeing sales activities and managing credit team operations to meet qualitative metrics and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities Provide market coverage and sales for the areas. Manage sales activities to achieve targeted qualitative metrics. Oversee or manage Credit Team activities and outputs within the cluster. Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders. Recruit, train, and develop Credit Teams. Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and operational requirements. Qualifications Grade 12. Competence with Microsoft Office Suite. Solid understanding of sales principles and customer service. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Proven experience in sales/sales management, preferably within a similar industry. Experience in sales and achieving sales targets. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement sales strategies. Experience in relationship management with clients and stakeholders. Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in sales. Ability to interpret charts and present data effectively. Strong leadership and team management capabilities. Effective problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills. Knowledge of sales processes and strategies. Planning and organizational competence. Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. Relationship building skills.
