Responsibilities Collaborate with Agile Team members to understand project requirements and user stories. Develop comprehensive test plans and test cases based on project specifications. Execute manual and automated tests to identify defects and ensure software quality. Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, and retrospectives. Perform regression testing to validate software updates and changes. Document and report bugs and issues using issue tracking tools. Work closely with developers to reproduce and resolve reported issues. Continuously improve QA processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Provide feedback and suggestions for product improvements based on QA findings. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer science or Engineering, or related field. 7+ years’ experience as a Software Quality Engineer. Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and techniques. Hands‑on experience with project management tools, for example JIRA and Xray. Knowledge of Agile methodologies and practices. Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills. Strong communication and collaboration abilities. Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high‑quality software solutions. Hands‑on experience with Windows applications and Web applications. Knowledge of software development life cycles. Experience with defect management software and procedures. Excellent understanding of SDLC, STLC and Test Methodologies from project definition to post‑deployment documentation cycles. 7+ Years of experience and knowledge of HTML, XML, JavaScript, SQL. Document Processing/ECM Experience Preferred. Financial Sector experience preferred.
