Key Responsibilities Act as the main point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, requests, and concerns in a professional and efficient manner. Build and maintain strong, long‑lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and expectations. Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth project execution and excellent customer experiences. Communicate client feedback, concerns, and requirements effectively to relevant team members. Identify opportunities to upsell or recommend additional products and services to existing clients. Assist the sales team with onboarding new clients and ensuring a seamless transition process. Monitor client accounts and performance to support client retention and business growth. Resolve challenges and conflicts quickly while maintaining professionalism and positive client relationships. Requirements Previous client liaison or client‑facing experience preferred (minimum 1 year advantageous). Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with strong attention to detail. Ability to think critically and solve problems effectively under pressure. Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Adaptable, flexible, and capable of managing varying client needs. Understanding of sales principles and customer service practices will be advantageous. Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport are essential.
