Responsibilities Communicate with the customer, collect, understand, and sort out customer requirements, and output the service solution proposal (HLD). Complete the professional service solution design based on customer requirements, and develop the delivery solution (LLD) and plan. Perform value presentation and routine reporting. Serve as the owner of the CEM technical solution, cooperate with the project manager to organize the delivery and complete the acceptance. Qualifications Have basic knowledge of the communications industry or be familiar with the delivery characteristics and key control points of data analysis projects. Familiar with and able to independently analyze data and model associations. Have rich experience in the communications or data analysis industry (at least 6 years). Be familiar with database and data mining algorithms and principles. Be able to use at least one of the data analysis tools, such as SPSS, R, and SAS. Have rich experience in data mining and analysis. Have certain knowledge of the telecom industry. Be familiar with the carrier process architecture, CRM, Billing, and BI systems. Be familiar with the CS/PS optimization of the core network. Understand how the customer's business objectives and business indicators are implemented in the solution, and clearly show the value of the solution to the customer.
