Key Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with at least 5 years’ experience in a senior leadership or General Management role within an engineering or automotive-related environment. A postgraduate qualification in Business Administration or similar will be advantageous. Demonstrated experience managing multidisciplinary teams and driving operational performance. Strong track record of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and full P&L accountability. Experience operating within a global or multi-country business environment. Exposure to engineering project delivery environments, with a solid understanding of resource planning and execution. International travel will be required. Additional Requirements: Leadership capability with a focus on accountability, team development, and performance management. Ability to operate independently, take ownership, and make sound decisions in a complex environment. Strong problem-solving and analytical capability, with a practical, solution-driven approach. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to engage effectively across international teams and stakeholders.
