Job Description The Marketing Coordinator is a junior-level role that supports the execution of PKF South Africa’s national marketing strategy across 8 firms, PKF Ignite, and PKF Experience. This role focuses on coordinating campaigns, creating content, and ensuring consistent brand delivery across digital, internal, and client-facing channels. Working closely with the Marketing Manager and Head of Brand & Communications, the role requires a highly organised individual who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is confident managing multiple projects and stakeholders while maintaining a high standard of delivery. Key Responsibilities Social Media & Digital Execution Support planning, scheduling, and management of social media platforms Assist with content creation and engagement Track performance and suggest improvements Campaign Coordination Assist in executing integrated campaigns Coordinate timelines, assets, and stakeholders Content Development Draft and edit content for newsletters, website, LinkedIn, and internal communications Ensure consistency in tone and brand voice CRM & Email Marketing Support email campaigns and database management Generate performance reports Events & Activations Coordinate logistics for webinars, sponsorships, and events Manage communications and follow-ups Website & CMS Management Update website content and ensure SEO alignment Marketing Analytics & Reporting Track performance and provide insights Market Research Conduct competitor and industry research Cross-Team Collaboration Work with internal teams and external suppliers Marketing Operations & Administration Maintain calendars, manage briefs, and support budget tracking Minimum Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field 4–6 years’ experience in a marketing coordination role Experience in professional services is advantageous Basic SEO knowledge Email automation experience Event coordination exposure Understanding of B2B marketing Software & Systems HubSpot or similar CRM (Salesforce, Mailchimp) WordPress or CMS platforms Google Analytics Canva and Adobe Suite (advantageous)
