The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and controlling all stock within the hotel operation, ensuring accurate stock levels, minimizing variances, and maintaining effective stock control procedures across departments. Requirements South African citizen Diploma in Hospitality or related qualification Minimum 4 years’ experience in a hotel or restaurant environment Strong understanding of stock control systems, inventory management, and cost controls Experience with stock takes, issuing, receiving, and reconciliation processes Good numerical, analytical, and administrative skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Strong communication and organizational skills Key Responsibilities Manage all stock receiving, issuing, and inventory processes Conduct regular stock counts and reconciliations Monitor stock variances and investigate discrepancies Maintain accurate stock records and reporting Ensure proper stock rotation and storage procedures Liaise with suppliers and internal departments regarding stock requirements Assist with cost control and wastage management initiatives Only suitably experienced candidates will be considered.
