Production Manager We are looking for an experienced Production Manager for our manufacturing company in Randburg. Key Responsibilities Manage the complete production workflow, ensuring efficient collaboration across departments and on-time delivery of projects within budget and quality standards. Oversee daily, weekly and monthly production planning. Manage the full production process from stock availability to final manufacturing output. Ensure production deadlines are met in accordance with project schedules. Coordinate between procurement, design, planning, manufacturing, installation and management teams. Identify production bottlenecks and implement practical solutions. Monitor labour efficiency, material usage, wastage and rework. Ensure all production activities align with company standards and project specifications. Work with design and planning teams to confirm drawings, cutting lists, glass sizes and fabrication details before production. Provide clear and correct information to production teams prior to manufacturing. Identify and resolve design or planning issues early and elevate them before they affect production. Qualifications Minimum 10 years' experience as a Production Manager or in a senior production leadership role in the aluminium and glass industry.
