The Role The Talent Acquisition Specialist will focus on sourcing, engaging, and placing senior-level and executive candidates. This role requires a proven track record in executive search, strong client-facing skills, and the ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle from strategy to placement. Key Responsibilities Partner directly with clients to understand executive hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies Source, attract, and engage high-caliber executive candidates through networking, headhunting, and advanced search techniques Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for senior leadership roles Manage candidate relationships and provide regular updates throughout the process Coordinate interviews and facilitate feedback between clients and candidates Support clients with market insights and salary benchmarking for executive-level positions Maintain accurate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS) Requirements 5+ years of proven experience in executive search or senior-level recruitment Strong track record placing executives (C-level, VP, Director roles) across industries Excellent communication and client-facing skills; able to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders Proficient in sourcing tools, databases, and professional networks (LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.) Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through Must be comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment Availability to work US Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours is required Why Join Us?
