Food Sock Meals is looking for an energetic, organised, and relationship-focused Reseller Manager to help grow and support our national reseller network. This role is ideal for an experienced individual who enjoys sales, customer relationships, developing and presenting training material, and working closely with entrepreneurs to help them succeed. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting existing resellers, onboarding new partners, driving repeat sales, and ensuring our reseller community receives exceptional service and support. Key responsibilities Develop a sound knowledge of Food Sock's products, sales channels, reseller systems, ordering processes, and operational procedures in order to provide accurate support and guidance to resellers. Drive reseller sales growth and encourage consistent re‑orders. Support resellers with onboarding, orders, products, systems, and training. Build and maintain strong reseller relationships through regular communication. Manage reseller communication groups and online academy platforms. Conduct reseller training sessions and assist with training content development. Maintain accurate reseller records and sales information. Monitor reseller activity and identify opportunities for improvement. Track performance and prepare reports using company systems. Qualification & Experience Grade 12 / Matric. Relevant tertiary qualification in Business Management, Sales, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Commerce, or a related field will be favourably considered. Minimum 3 years' experience in sales, business development, customer service, account management, or a similar role. Experience within entrepreneurial, reseller, franchise, or direct‑sales environments. Advanced computer literacy and confidence using online systems, reporting tools, and communication platforms. Experience in training, coaching, facilitation, or adult learning environments would be advantageous.
