We are looking for a creative and detail‑oriented Training Content Designer to join our Learning & Development team. The successful candidate will support the design and development of engaging training materials that help contact center bases build the knowledge and skills required to deliver excellent customer service. This role is ideal for someone passionate about learning design, content creation, and improving learner engagement. Key Responsibilities Design and develop training materials including PowerPoint presentations, learner guides, job aids, and facilitator guides. Convert operational processes and policies into clear, easy‑to‑understand training content. Assist in developing onboarding, refresher, and upskilling training programs. Create assessments, quizzes, and scenario‑based learning activities. Update and maintain training materials when processes or systems change. Collaborate with trainers, QA teams, and operations to identify training needs. Requirements Matric (Grade 12) – Essential. Diploma or qualification in HR, Training & Development, Education, Communications, or Instructional Design – Advantageous. 12 months’ experience in a training, or content development environment – Preferred. Strong writing, content design, and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. Key Competencies Training content development. Instructional design fundamentals.
