Key Responsibilities Drive and sustain sales growth to meet company objectives. Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in mining. Prepare proposals and presentations to communicate value propositions. Conduct market development activities to expand market share. Resolve customer service issues and support debt collection. Ensure effective use of ERP systems and maintain accurate customer databases. Represent the company at exhibitions, events, and demonstrations. Requirements National Diploma or Bachelors degree in Engineering/Marketing/Sales (postgraduate an advantage). Minimum 6 years technical sales experience in the South African mining industry . Proven ability in complex B2B sales with long cycles and multiple stakeholders. Strong knowledge of mining industry contacts and instrumentation systems. Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills. Advanced computer skills: MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint; ERP experience (SAGE). Experience in fuel management systems and ability to grasp new technologies. Working Conditions Travel required across South Africa, including outside normal working hours. Standard office hours: 08:00 16:30, Monday to Friday, with flexibility as needed.
