This role involves working closely with a portfolio of complex contentious insolvency cases, including antecedent transactions, misfeasance claims, and asset tracing matters. The successful candidate will be responsible for detailed financial analysis, preparing expert reports, managing stakeholder communications, and supporting junior team members. Responsibilities Analyzing and interpreting complex financial and insolvency data related to contentious cases. Preparing high-quality reports, reviewing expert witness statements, and responding to creditor enquiries. Supporting and mentoring junior staff while fostering a collaborative working environment. Engaging with clients, legal teams, and other stakeholders to support case strategy and resolution. Keeping up to date with legal and regulatory developments affecting contentious insolvency. Contributing to business development activities such as pitch preparation and representing Interpath at industry events. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, law or related field preferred. Professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CPI or equivalent preferred. Minimum of 1 year experience in contentious insolvency or a related insolvency role preferred. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
