You will lead all guest‑facing operations with professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail, ensuring exceptional service standards are consistently maintained. By inspiring a passionate and service‑driven team, you will create a welcoming atmosphere where every interaction reflects the lodge’s commitment to luxury hospitality and exceeding guest expectations. Requirements Degree or equivalent from a reputable & recognized Hotel School (Advantageous) At least 3‑5 years in a Senior Management position in a 5 star, Ultra luxury Hospitality environment (Essential) Good understanding of all aspects of the lodge operation (FOH, Guest Interaction, F&B and Housekeeping) Pure passion for the guest experience Fluent in MS Office, MS Word & MS Excel Professional and well groomed Package on offer Salary R 35 000 Gross pm (Highly Negotiable) Live in with company benefits (Pension contribution) 6 weeks on, 2 weeks off Starting Date: June/July 2026 #J-18808-Ljbffr
