Key Responsibilities Lead the startup and expansion of the signage division, driving business growth. Develop and execute regional sales strategies to establish a strong market presence. Manage and grow key client relationships within the signage and graphics industry. Identify new business opportunities and implement strategies to maximize revenue. Build and lead a high-performing sales team , ensuring training and performance excellence. Provide expert product knowledge and customized solutions to meet customer needs. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to stay ahead. Requirements Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the signage, printing, or graphics supply industry. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets (proof required). Strong leadership, business development, and client relationship management skills .
