About Bitexen Bitexen is a multi-jurisdiction digital asset platform operating across Turkey, Europe, the Middle East, and South Africa. We are building a next-generation financial ecosystem combining crypto trading, payments, custody, and tokenization into a unified platform. Engagement Overview We are engaging two independent consultants to support the execution of our South African operations. This is a contract-based role (not full-time employment initially), with the potential to evolve into a long-term position based on performance. You will work closely with the local leadership team and be involved in day-to-day operations, market activity, and growth initiatives. Scope of Work Monitor daily platform activity (transactions, deposits, withdrawals) Support resolution of operational and client-related issues Assist with onboarding and KYC coordination Identify and elevate inconsistencies or risks Support execution of local marketing initiatives Engage with crypto communities and users Assist in building and managing local partnerships Work closely with the local CEO and global teams Track key operational and growth metrics Support cross-functional initiatives as needed Profile 3–6 years experience in: fintech Hands-on experience in: operations transaction flows Strong ownership mindset and execution ability Experience working at a crypto exchange or Web3 company Basic understanding of wallets, transactions, and blockchain Exposure to KYC / AML processes Experience with community or partnership activities Engagement Terms Independent contractor (consulting agreement) Flexible structure based on deliverables and performance Potential transition into a full-time role #J-18808-Ljbffr
