Key Responsibilities ▪ Supervise daily warehouse and storeroom operations▪ Manage receiving, dispatching, picking, packing, and stock allocation▪ Ensure accurate inventory control and cycle counts▪ Monitor stock movement, shortages, damages, and discrepancies▪ Maintain effective warehouse layout and storage systems▪ Supervise warehouse staff and delivery drivers▪ Coordinate driver schedules, deliveries, routes, and vehicle usage▪ Monitor driver performance, attendance, and delivery efficiency▪ Ensure compliance with health & safety and company procedures▪ Coordinate with procurement, workshop, and sales departments▪ Manage supplier deliveries and returns processes▪ Ensure ERP/system stock accuracy and reporting▪ Maintain housekeeping and operational efficiency standardsMinimum Requirements ✔ Previous experience in automotive parts warehousing or storeroom supervision✔ Experience supervising drivers and logistics coordination✔ Strong stock control and inventory management experience✔ Knowledge of automotive parts and components✔ Experience working on ERP / warehouse management systems✔ Strong leadership and team management ability✔ Good administrative and reporting skills✔ Forklift license advantageous✔ Valid drivers license essential✔ Ability to work accurately under pressureCompetencies ▪ Strong leadership and supervisory skills▪ Excellent organizational and planning ability▪ Strong attention to detail▪ Problem-solving mindset▪ Deadline and process driven▪ Strong communication and people management skills▪ High level of accountability and reliability
