Duties & Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Deploy, configure, and maintain virtual servers across various hypervisor platforms Monitor and ensure high availability of cloud and on-premise infrastructure. Automate workflows and system processes where applicable. Provide technical support to the internal technical team, resolving hardware and software issues. Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and networks. Collaborate with the technical team on system implementations, upgrades, and maintenance. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues proactively. Ensure the security, integrity, and reliability of IT infrastructure. Maintain accurate system documentation and procedures. Respond to incidents and outages in a timely and professional manner.
