Key Duties & Responsibilities New Business Development Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and lead follow‑ups. Target SMEs, corporates, and professional firms within the Fourways and greater Gauteng area. Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to consistently achieve monthly targets. Client Engagement & Sales Conduct client meetings and needs analyses to understand business requirements. Present tailored solutions including: Copiers & printers Managed Print Services (MPS) VOIP & connectivity Document management and workflow solutions Prepare and present professional proposals, quotations, and presentations. Account Management Manage and grow an allocated client base (if applicable). Upsell and cross‑sell additional OA and ICT products and services. Maintain long‑term client relationships through regular follow‑ups and service reviews. Negotiation & Closing Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts within company guidelines. Close deals and ensure accurate handover to installations and service teams. Ensure signed agreements, finance approvals, and documentation are completed. Sales Administration & Reporting Maintain accurate records on CRM systems. Track sales activities, forecasts, and pipeline reports.
