REQUIREMENT: - Minimum 5 years' experience as a General Manager within a 4-star or 5-star hotel environment- Proven experience managing hotels with 60+ rooms essential- Strong operational experience across Front Office, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage departments- Proven track record of successful hotel management and operational leadership- Strong financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, stock control, and financial controls- Experience driving occupancy, guest satisfaction, and profitability- Excellent leadership and people management skills- Strong communication and problem-solving ability- Stable employment history with demonstrated longevity in previous roles- Professional, hands-on, and guest-focused approach- Own vehicle essential- Ability to build and lead high-performing teams KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Oversee all hotel operations and departmental performance- Ensure exceptional guest experiences and service delivery standards- Manage Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Maintenance, and Administration departments- Drive operational efficiency, profitability, and revenue growth- Manage budgets, forecasting, financial reporting, and cost controls- Oversee stock control systems and financial compliance- Lead, mentor, and develop departmental managers and staff- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and hospitality standards- Monitor guest feedback and implement continuous improvements- Build a positive team culture focused on service excellence and accountability- Maintain the property's reputation and market position PACKAGE: - R50,000 Negotiable (DOE)- Live Out LOCATION: Cape Town Western Cape
