Tsogo Sun Digital is looking for a Revenue Specialist who will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and reporting revenue across all online gambling platforms. This role ensures accurate revenue reporting, identifies growth opportunities, and supports strategic decision-making through data-driven insights. Our successful Revenue Specialist will Track daily, weekly, and monthly revenue performance across products (casino, sportsbook, etc.) Prepare and maintain revenue reports and dashboards Reconcile revenue data across multiple systems to ensure accuracy Analyse player behaviour, betting patterns, and revenue trends Identify key drivers of revenue growth and decline Analyse bonus and manual adjustment to pick up trends and risks Evaluate campaign performance (bonuses, free bets, VIP programs) Prepare monthly bonus report analysis for signoff by management Work closely with Marketing, Product, Operations and payment processing Work with the banks and fintech companies in onboarding new deposit and withdrawals methods Ensure revenue tracking aligns with regulatory and compliance requirements Prepare gambling board levy submission and payments Monitor for irregular activity that may impact revenue (fraud, abuse, bonus exploitation) If you have these qualifications, join our team: Matric, computer literacy (MS Office), relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in Online revenue, at least 4 years work experience in revenue accounting, at least 1 year work experience in online revenue accounting, knowledge of regulatory frameworks in online gambling To apply, your written application must include: CV (maximum 4 pages), contactable references (with telephone numbers), and covering letter with three reasons why youre our top candidate for the job.
