Managing a team of staff in the Recruitment Centre Inducting newly appointed staff Training staff on company policies and procedures Ensuring that each has a number of departments that they assist with candidates Training of staff of recruitment processes Disciplining staff based on performance and behavior Communicating with Managers on their departments and candidate requirements Building a database of candidates to supply to the different departments Updating trackers weekly and monthly and submitting to relevant stakeholders. Updating Board reports for areas of business monthly Provide expert recruitment and selection advice to the business. Training of staff and new starters on the recruitment and selection process. Manage service level agreements for all recruitment service providers. Capturing of job advertisements on the Portal Sourcing and Screening of CVs from the careers website for open vacancies in that space Delegating work to different staff members Managing time and attendance for staff members Creating Interview guides and job-related case studies Interviewing candidates and arranging psychometric assessments where necessary Conducting candidate and employee criminal, ITC, qualification, and employment reference checks, through Arranging meetings with managers for the training on the recruitment process and toget feedback on the effectiveness of the Recruitment Centres to the business Preparing remuneration requests and making offers to successful candidates Qualifications and experience Matric 3 - 5 years experience in a Recruitment Manager role 3 - 5 years experience in Call Centre/BPO environment Minimum 2 - 3 years experience with Bulk Recruitment experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
