What You’ll Help Us Do Keep client financial records clean, organized, and up to date Manage inboxes and respond to client questions professionally and promptly Handle reconciliations, transaction categorization, and bookkeeping tasks inside QuickBooks Online Support daily administrative operations, including data entry, document organization, and internal coordination Help clients feel taken care of through clear communication and consistent follow‑ups Protect sensitive financial information with professionalism and confidentiality What We’re Looking For Experience in bookkeeping and administrative support Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks Online Clear written and verbal communication skills Someone highly organized, accurate, and dependable Ability to manage multiple priorities without losing attention to detail Comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines Experience in a CPA firm or tax preparation environment is a plus Familiarity with U.S. accounting practices and compliance is a plus Why This Role Matters Behind every organized business is someone making sure the details are handled correctly.
