Technician - Catering Equipment Location: CPT - CBD Company: Confidential Duties and Responsibilities: Install, service, and maintain commercial cooking equipment Focus on mechanical systems, gas appliances, ovens, and user-facing performance issues Core equipment scope includes combi ovens, convection ovens, gas and electric ranges, and more Key Technical Skills: Gas appliance fault diagnosis (LPG and Natural Gas principles) Mechanical systems maintenance Electrical diagnostics on ovens and appliances Calibration and performance testing Certifications / Formal Requirements: Gas installer qualification or strong gas appliance background Electrical fault-finding competence Valid driver's license Experience Profile: 5+ years in commercial catering equipment service Proven experience with ovens and ranges Background in Mechanical Engineering or related field Behavioural Competencies: Strong client interaction skills Detail-oriented workmanship Pride in clean, professional installations and repairs Job Type: Full-timeSalary: R25,000.00 - R30,000.00 per month
