Well- established company seeks Financial Manager.Key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:Oversee and manage the day-to-day financial operations Preparing budgets and forecasts and monthly reporting GP Analysis Prepare accurate financial reports, including monthly management accounts Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives Monitor cash flow, budgets, and forecasts, providing recommendations for improvements Manage compliance with financial regulations and internal controls Drive cost-saving initiatives and optimize financial performance Supervise and mentor the finance team to ensure high performance and development Providing business support in respect of financial matters Payroll review and analysis Annual rate reviews and increase implementation Debtors & Creditors Management: Directing and supervising the AR and AP functions (Debtors & Creditors) Managing debtors age analysis and invoice submissions Management of allocations Approving credit limits and credit notes Intercompany Creditors Payment and Reconciliation review of all 3rd Party Creditors Min Requirements:- Minimum of 5 years of financial management experience- Strong knowledge of financial management, reporting, and analysis- Proven ability to drive strategic financial decision-making- Advanced proficiency in financial software and MS Excel- Excellent communication and leadership skills- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilitiesApply now!
