The role supports the Store Manager in daily operations, staff management and achieving store targets. Key Responsibilities Administer human‑resource tasks such as leave, scheduling and performance management. Oversee daily ordering, stock levels and stock flow to the sales floor. Coordinate bi‑annual stock takes with the Store Admin Manager. Manage shrinkage and ensure accurate inventory. Handle customer compliments and complaints promptly. Ensure merchandising standards, promotional displays and pricing are maintained. Achieve all store objectives and sales targets. Requirements Grade 12 / Matric. Minimum 5 years retail/FMCG experience across receiving, administration, cash office or sales floor management. At least 3 years supervisory experience. 2+ years experience with Unisolv, SAP or Qlikview. Strong command of English and basic financial knowledge (GP, markup, VAT). Effective communication with suppliers, staff and management. South African citizenship, valid driver’s licence and reliable transport. Clear credit and criminal records.
