This role is integral to supporting financial advisers by ensuring the efficient administration of client portfolios, maintaining exceptional service standards, and contributing to a seamless client experience.The ideal candidate will demonstrate: Strong experience in financial administration, including Section 14 transfers, Retirement Annuities (RA), Living Annuities (LA), policy reviews, and claims processing. Exceptional organizational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. A process-driven mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both client-facing and within a professional team environment. Proficiency in industry systems and platforms, including Xplan, Astute, LWDP, and various product provider portals. The ability to work independently, take initiative, and proactively follow up on outstanding matters. A professional, friendly, and calm approach when engaging with clients and stakeholders. Strong documentation and record-keeping capabilities, with a preference for structured workflows and checklists. A naturally meticulous approach to administration and compliance requirements. Well-developed problem-solving skills and the ability to identify practical solutions efficiently.
